The ground rules
Mentors and members both agree to these before they start.
- Be respectful.
- No job asks and no sales pitches, from either side.
- Keep what you hear private.
- YCL can remove anyone from the program.
- Meet first on a video call or at a YCL event.
Mentor chats are for advice. Members pick what they want help with, and the mentor reads every request before saying yes. After each chat, both people tell YCL how it went. Only YCL sees that.
Something wrong? Report a problem. It goes straight to the YCL team.
