Adam Basa is the Co-Founder and Vice President of Young Channel Leaders (YCL), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit building a space for young professionals across the tech and telecom channel to grow, lead, and connect.
With a background in channel sales, business development, and digital marketing, Adam is passionate about creating platforms that empower others and strengthen the channel’s future.
What He Does at YCL
At YCL, Adam wears many hats, from running operations and outreach to producing events, forming partnerships, and building community programs. He leads strategy, growth, and sponsor engagement, working alongside other board members to amplify the voice of emerging leaders in the industry.
Background & Experience
Before launching YCL, Adam built and scaled platforms for technology advisors and service providers, including founding the Channel Partner Directory, an online directory designed to help Technology advisors find, connect, and review top-rated technology suppliers.
He’s worked with leading telecom Technology service brokers, cloud solution providers, and SaaS vendors across the channel, helping them grow through digital strategy and partner enablement.

When he’s not leading projects or driving growth, Adam enjoys writing, lifting heavy things, and obsessing over systems that make life more efficient. He believes that transparency, hustle, and a sense of humor are key to thriving in the channel and in life.
